Existing customer - how to activate your phone account online

Simply click on the existing customer icon to the right of the page or alternatively open account and scroll down to update account. By clicking this button you’ll be taken to the activation page, for ease please make sure you have the following details to hand:
- Your telephone account number
- Date of birth
- The last 4 digits of your current registered card
- Card expiry date
Once these details have been submitted you can now choose a username and password (your username can be your existing account if it’s not already been picked by another customer).
