We will ask you for the following essential details when you call:

  • A debit or credit card – enabling you to settle balances and deposit funds instantly online if you wish
  • A username and password – your username will by default be the same as your new account number but you can choose something else if you wish. Both must be between 6-16 characters long and can contain letters or numbers
